Go to “Login and Password” on the left side menu. Click on “Fix a Login Problem”. On the page, click on “Recover Your Account If You Can't Access the Email or Mobile Number on the Account”. Follow the prompts based on your individual circumstance.

If you have a phone with web access, enter m.facebook.com into your web browser. On most phones, you can access the internet browser from your phone's menu. To save time, you can add Facebook to your phone's bookmarks. Keep in mind that the Facebook mobile site is the version that works with most mobile browsers.

If your Facebook account has been suspended, you'll be informed about it in an email and when you access your account in an app or web browser. We will also let you know whether you can appeal the suspension if you believe we made a mistake. After logging in, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your appeal.

Email: You can log in with any email that's listed on your Facebook account. Phone number: If you have a mobile number confirmed on your account, you can enter it here (don't add any zeros before the country code, or any symbols). Username: You can also log in with your username, if you set one up.
